His voice is so soothing. I listen to it right before bed and feel ready for the next day. Does it work? Yes, I have seen many changes in my life, albeit small - but certainly a step in the right direction. These things do not happen overnight. You really do have to retrain your brain to get rid of the negativity. Once you really get into the positive zone though, good things do start to happen.
