        Yes I think they do work. I have been doing Colonel Bradford’s exercises as described in Peter Kelder’s book every day for the past 25 years. I normally do 21 of each just after getting out of bed either first thing in morning or in afternoon when I have been sleeping daytime after working night shift. I have tried the sixth but there is ambiguity about what “giving up all sex” really means? But I do believe the five original exercises have worked. I am now 73 and seem to be fitter and healthier in body and mind and able to perform physical hard work better than many half or less my age.I also apparently look younger than I am and seem to sleep a lot better than many others do, but whether that is also a product of doing these exercises daily is not clear to me.
